A Beta Reader, (not to be confused with an editor), holds your manuscript’s first reader review.

At your service, for two weeks, I’ll be your first virgin reader for your new story! Starting with a thorough consultation, I will read your manuscript from cover to cover uninfluenced by any previous opinions. You can expect a midpoint check-in, a written evaluation with reader commentary, and creative collaborative feedback!

My Job?

• Offer detailed feedback on plot, characters, and pacing. 
• Identify strengths, weaknesses, and character development. 
• Thorough Checklist in areas related to setting and worldbuilding, dialogue, craft, originality, & overall impression.

How Long Will This Take?

• Services start the day after scheduling your 15-minute consultation and booking your service.
• Midpoint check-in will be communicated via-email exactly one week after your service start date.
• Final Check-In with written evaluation & reader commentary will be communicated via-email exactly two weeks after your service start date. 
• 1-Hour conference call for creative collaborative feedback must be booked within five days of receiving full review.
• 15-minute complimentary check-in must be scheduled within two weeks of receiving completed review.
